This person hires employees and ask them to do things that are impossible. When you file for a resignation she will ask you to give a summary of work done based on the reports before paying you. Prior to this she will delete all files so that you will not have access to it hence you will not be able to give the report and hence not pay you. I have submitted my report despite the fact that she deleted all files and yet after 1 week of sending my final report she has not paid me for work done.
