Platinum trust card is not what they say they are a scam

I have been contated by online only cards in the past and told them all i did not want there card but when this company call they did not dsay they were a online only card i was told that it was a rebuld your credit card. I was told that i could pull money off the card to pay bills and spend it anywhere they take credit cards. The guy said it would be a $89 fee and that i would only have to make a 5% payment on the ballance every month i was not mislead into thinking it was a real card i was flat out lied to and have been unable to get ahold of the company since the first call. The number i had was not a call back number and when i finally got a call back number all i get is a machine recording and can never get a person on thje phone or any of my questions answered.
