Roberty "Bobby Ray" Bishop A scammer and con artist extraodinaire. This man did not pay me in full for creating his website and several services performed. He is a cheat and a liar and should not be tolerated in our community

Robert "Bobby Ray" Bishop of www.TheBluesChannel.com hired me to create a website for his business and maintain it. I created his website in a timely and professional manner as well as performed many updates for a time period of over 2 months. He delayed paying me by giving me little payments of $50-$75 here and there and when it came down to the contract he didn't even spell my name right, which took a little more time in which I think he was stalling payment this way. When it came down to paying me he made up an excuse saying it was my fault for not adding a PayPal tip bucket (which I can't do without his information because it is not my bank account) and proceeded to cuss me wildly like a little kid. He screamed and yelled like a child and told me that he wasn't going to pay me and that I "lived in a dream world".in my industry and in this community we live by a code and part of that code is half up front and the rest on delivery.
