I would like to document a formal complaint. I named Millennium Link in regards to a month before, to include endless long-distance to the strategy. Although she'd me about the telephone, the sales person desired to discover if she might take a look at our consideration with the expectation of preserving people cash.

And she did: she required $10 off our regular Web statement, plus she doubled the pace. Subsequently, if we would accept change from Dish Network to DirecTV, she might preserve us about $50 monthly off our complete (house telephone, Web, Satellite Television) statement.

I Have called twice to Millennium Link since getting our first two expenses following the change. Your expenses are nowhere near $50 cheaper. Actually, it is charging us significantly more than it did prior to the change. The assistance people I Have approached have now been really thoughtful and attempted frantically to cut any fat off our statement, and did somewhat. But to date no body's had the opportunity to obtain us everywhere near to the guaranteed number of around $132 monthly for several costs.

And undoubtedly no body in the organization is taking accountability for this issue. So we, I guess, are simply designed to state "oh, nicely" and go ahead and spend it every month.

I'm likely to voice my criticism on every system I will discover till someone from Millennium Link fixes this chaos.
