Internet & Web

I donwloaded the DriverGuide Scan (free), and after finding a slew of drivers to update, it required me to buy a subscription to have their program update them. After paying for the Premium Plus Membership, I recieved an email that they took the money off my Credit Card, and haven't heard anything else from them in 2 weeks.

I've called a number found thru the Better Business Bureau countless times, which I get a voicemail from a guy named Charles (Simmons). I used their support page to contact anyone to help me get this issue resolved and frankly, I believe I got scammed. It may only be $14.95, but it MY $14.95 that they took without honoring their part of the transaction. I waited long enough and now I have to work with my Credit Card company, and PayPal (which is what they use) to get my money back. One phone call or email was all I required, I've been patient, now I must spend my time working to undo this.

Their website has no support for their site, only for technical issues dealing with the actual drivers that go into a device. I even tried to contact them, but to no avail.
