Poor Customer Service

We are web designers who have hired Segnant to do our back-end coding. Their customer service has been absolutely pathetic.in particular, Jimmy Crocco has completely dropped the ball on our project. Now, after months of getting the run-around and after us expressing our extreme disappointment they have decided to go direct to our customer. This is highly unethical to say the least. It is clear that Segnant has no standards and that Jimmy Crocco is someone you should not do business with.
