Is a complete ripoff for companies that want a logo, website or other offered products

A starting company, investments, budgets and so many things to organise. One of the small but important items for a company aiming on International business is a logo.

But think twice when it comes to cheap companies! This company is a fraud! They use probably standard logo creation software, students or worse and are not able to listen to the customers when it get into detail (detail means craftsmanship). Suddenly they don't understand what you mean, don't reply quick on e-mails and even examples made to explain what you mean and what you want are completely rejected. We tried multiple times by online chat, Skype and we sended 4 times e-mails explaining what we wanted (including examples of what we would like to see).

It is not even sure that this company is based in America. As I understood from Jessica (helping or should I say not helping people on the online chat) bestlogocreation is based in Nepal!? The owner is from India and probably also the workers but no skills, no service and even complying to the Terms and conditions no money back when you are not satisfied. Paypal will not help as it is immaterial so your on your own. The logo's might be cheap but please all do complain to prevent this company to continue with this work!

This is a complete ripoff as also mentioned in the other complain!
