Phone number scan is a big rip-off, I happen to run across their site and ended up tring their phone look-up services. All the numbers that I used came as available for viewing if you purchased their subscription to phone look ups. They state that they guarantee names, addresses and other information. I bought their on year service and tried using my own phone number and all I got back info on the phone carrier, the number originated in the USA but not the name, address and other information that was mentioned, all that was mentioned in the info was that the name and address was pending. Please save yourself the hassle by not using Phone number scan. I have tried other such services on the web but they were also a bunch of scams.
