DSL in State College PA

I've been worrying to Verizon since May about obtaining continuously fallen from my DSL internet. I've posted numerous seats also it is stillnot mounted. Well I recently discovered why. Since the 'centre" in-State College PA, which supplies my online sites, does not have enough machines since Verizon retains stretching their service into outlying areas but will not have more machines to supply service to these places. You will find individuals who evidently guy these machines and 'transfer clients around' on various machines all-day long. On breaks the support TRULY hurts since no body is manning these machines. Today... That is 2011... HAVE IT FIXED! I can't think this and am annoyed in the support offered. I spend you people 300-400$ each month for DSL, mobile phones and home and that I am excessively frustrated as of this company. Do not tell me the resources are not there. The problem tickets are not likely to get mounted should you choosenot have more machines of this type. You shouldn't be silly or poor in supplying clients the support they purchase. I got decreased less after I had dial-up! It required Verizon possibly ten years to ultimately get fresh mobile phone systems in my own region. I actually donot wish to delay that really miss you individuals to get right up to-date using the web. Find withit!
