Easytemplates.com This company deceptively describes their software templates as "Easy to Use." they are very hard next to impossible to use

My experience was almost identical to another person here that complained about this company, so similar that I can copy allmost everything he/she said word for word.
I too asked alot of questions before ordering the software, to make sure I was getting a truly easy to use product. I explained that I have very little web design experience. I was assured that it would be easy and I should expetience no problems. I then decided to purchase the product feeling that it should meet my needs.
Aftyer ordering the software, I emailed the company asking for help and they sent me "instructions" which were indecipherable. Also, they were clearly written by someone who was not a native English speaker. Words were missing from the sentences and tenses were off and the whole thing was impossible to understand.
And wrong spelling a huge red flag, badly pronounced english.

I like the other purchaser here that complained also had a web designer look at it and said that it was not making sense to them either.

After several back and forth messages, (all through email) that were not helpful, I asked for my money back. When that request was denied, I said I would write bad reviews online about their product and "service"if I diodnt get help enabling me to put up a completely useable website. And they did reply, saying " Please do not threaten me"

They answered my questions with insanely difficult to follow directions and the admin upload page does NOT work properly to upload flash videos. I have spent countless hours trying to get my website completed
STAY AWAY I wish I would have read this other review before buying this product. I am HUGELY dissapointed.
