Unauthorized use of Credit Card

Agent office of ICS Intergrated charged credit card without authorization. No response and no cooperation. How they got my card number I do not know, however the States Attorney's office of the State of Calif. Has requested further information. That is all I know for now, of course my bank reversed the charge.
