Unreliable, Slow, broken products, poor customer service. Overall avoid avoid avoid

Very poor experience.
I have tried them three times over a period of time (slow learner!) and my experience is as follows
1. Broken item, no reply to email
2. No delivery after two months, had to ask Paypal to refund
3. Wanted me send more payments AFTER accepting an order

Overall very slow in everything and their customer care advisers either do not read your emails OR do not understand English OR both.
