This company billed 29.95 for four months without my permission or knowledge. I contacted them when I first noted the charges and they apologized and stated they would refund the monies. Unfortunately they continued to take the 29.95 out for three more months. I called them DURING business hours and emailed customer service... No response... They must have caller ID... Lol... I finally had to close my account and activate a new one.
All one gets with them is a recording... They should be charged as Bank robbers... A federal offense... I never heard of these people before this, and use my computer for work use and contacting family only.
