James Denzel, Adeel Chowdhry NO Refund - Does NOT honor their guarantee!

Shortly after ordering this product, my computer crashed. I was not able to download any information from their site and I requested a refund on May 26. I went to their "support" area and explained my issue. Their reply seemed automated as it didn't make any sense, asking me what my problem was when I fully explained it in the beginning of the ticket, if they would have just read it. I again, reexplained my dilemma only to find that they had closed my ticket. I have since opened up several more tickets (5) and they have closed every one of them and have not refunded my money. I thought that the name "Adeel Chowdhry" was reputable enough for me to join but I can see that it's a SCAM none the less. Don't fall for the jazzed up video of James Denzel either, because if he had all the money he claims he has, $37 would be a drop in the ocean for him to refund.
