Credit card charged even after cancellation of service

I wanted to check my score, got the 7 day trial and I canceled it the same day as i found out it was not a legitimate site. Website clearly said it was free and if we cancel it with in 14 days there would be any charge. After couple of days i say 29$ charge and additional $14.95 charged.

I call up the customer service and spoke to my manager. They did not agree to refund me the amount.
Upon insisting that i would have to report this fraud. The agreed to refund the amount. I got back my $29 back but could not recover my $15. It is documented that its a fraud website and is subsidiary of experian and already faced couple of lawsuits. I would sincerely advice not to register here.
