Kyle Hosick Poor Design Work Late Delivery

I started a project with Addrenaline Media in Toronto. Their project manager Kyle Hosick was very positive and professional at the outset - just long enough to get the contract signed. Once work commenced, they were incredibly sluggish with their work, nearly missing the project deadline with the original mockup work which was supposed to only take 5% of project time.

This was incredibly surprising for what seemed to be an established company, but I have since found dozens of complaints from dissatisfied customers online. They never did finish the project work, and I was forced to go with another company who did the required work quickly and professionally. I did not get my sizable deposit back, and got nothing for it. It was an expensive lesson, but I will never hire anyone else without doing very thorough research!
