The technician came, but the problem has not been resolved.
He was supposed to cal me back for a return appointment and also an appointment for the "cable guys", but I have not heard back from him nor have I received an email from Hughes Net concerning this issue. I'm tired of not getting to speak with a "PERSON" or if I do I can't understand them or they can't understand me!!! What has happened to your service?
