Guy won't pay commissions-look out DON'T JOIN

I joined this outfit several years ago. To make this short and simple, this guy is a serial non-payer. He is a reseller of a website chain. At first everything was OK, then (presumably for non-payment, why else) his provider pulled the plug on all of us. That was cleared up after he set up his custmer payments to go directly on up.

This should of caused me to quit, but I didn't. Later he failed to pay ME. I have gone the bill collector route, but still no payment. I don't really want to go to court, mainly because he still won't pay and t will be tough getting his assets in another sate.

At any rate I just hope that someone will read this who is considering joining his company, and I could prevent a lot of heartache, as well a a major pain in the WALLET! The dude owes me over $600 and knows it, but still won't pay. He's a BUM.
