Jack Moyer Scam, Money Taken Order Still Not Completed, Wont Return Phone Calls Or Emails

I ordered 3 illusions from Tawni and Jack Moyer at Snap Illusions. I dealt with Tawni via telephone after viewing their web site, www.snapillusions.com. I ordered a Deluxe Sub Trunk with all accessories, a Crystal Casket with accessories, and a Dekolta Chair with Deceptive Base and accessories. After 2 years Jack had sent the first two. I still have not received the Dekolta CHair and Deceptive Base! I sent a cashiers check and still have all records to prove my claims. I have filed a report with the FBI for internet fraud and wire fraud as the phone and internet were used in this fraud. They sure answer the phone when your ordering, but once they get your money you will never get in touch with anyone again. Jack posted on one site I would still get my chair and base, it has been over a year and still nothing. SO Jack explain where my third item is over three years later, and why would I lie if you didnt owe me another illusion! Cant wait to hear this one. Did you have another relative die? You could have a great business if you took care of things and didnt screw people. Even Tawni, I guess your daughter is in on your scam!!!
