Misleading, false advertising, continue to try to upsell after initial investment

I signed up and paid the initial fee of 19.95. Every page after that wanted to upsell you. Also, you have to pay a monthly 9.95 for webhosting that is billed reoccurring.
It is not as simple as they advertise. I contacted the company and the third-party billing that I didnt not want anymore money coming out of my bank account and I wanted my money back.
They have canceled my monthly charge but refuse to refund my initial 19.95 because they said I didnt wait a full 14 days and proven I followed their step-by-step program... Which each step they try to sell you more.
