Rip Off (not Uncommon) Charged for a service that I did not want after I cancelled Internet

After my initial trial time with Walmart Connect I called and cancelled my membership with them. The gentleman on the phone said that it was cancelled and they gave me a confirmation number. Now, two months later I get a charge on my bank statement. I then called and they said my membership was still active. I told them the situation and they did not care. I asked to speak to a manager and they would not let me even after several requests. The guy I spoke to could not hardly speak English either. Then he has the gaul to ask me if I want to keep the account active. I just about passed out at his ignorance to the situation. Boy am I mad.

Do not go with these people! This is the biggest scam yet.
