Ezmsg.org ripoff bad online business

I am writing this rip off report in the name of bad online business. I recently made a purchase of credits to ezmsg.org. The credit purchase is their way of getting you to pay for their ringtones. Every credit you buy gets you a ringtone or picture or game. Well I sent two different ringtones and they did not get to my phone correctly. I have checked to see that my phone is compatible for something like this, and it is listed on their lists of phones that they can send ringtones to.

After not getting the ringtones I wanted, I played e-mail tag with someone who pretty much just kept asking me if I was doing something wrong and that it shows that I recieved the ringtones. I know for a fact that I did everything correctly because I even used other credits to try to see if it just did not get through one time.

Well after this company starts taking my money without replacing anything, I got an e-mail that said that the technical support person was out for the weekend. I was then prompted that I would be contacted by e-mail on the situation on Monday because that is when the technical support person would be back and supposedly "they would get on it first thing." Well I am writing this rip off report on the Friday afterwords and I have had no reponse whatsoever. I was prompted quickly about when they would get to the problem, but I was left hanging when my problem was really supposed to be addressed. I hope that this will cause the company to act in a more prompt way, and I advise all to beware of these people ripping you off. They lour you with a system that works, then as soon as you give them the "plastic number" BAM!!! They give it to you exactly how you don't want it and it is unexpected. And its unexpected.
