Ripoff I was a patient in hospital when i noticed a chare on my credit card for an item and checked it to discover i had been ripped off for the past 6 months Omaha nebraska

I checked the bank and saw a charge for 14.95 never authorized to be paid to MO2*Privacy Plus. I closed the account and charged them with fraud. They advised me they would return just one payment for one month i want to file a suit but cannot learn where they are or under what name they are incorporated to begin a suit&help will be appreciated.
