We ordered items that never arrived and they don't respond to emails or calls

We placed an order for gifts for friends who had just had a baby. When weeks went by and the order did not arrive we attempted to contact them to find out what happened to our order. We have spent many weeks sending emails and leaving voicemails, but no answers back at all. They charged our credit card and did not send the items.

From reading other online reports, it appears they have a history of this type of scam. I have found many other reports with more or less the same story. It appears the owner of this business has been doing this for quite some time.

We highly recommend you DO NOT buy from this company under any circumstances.
