Cinamob online store scam

The cinamob on-line store offers cell phones, electronics and other goods for sale via the Internet. A friend of mine purchased a cell phone. Money was wired via Western Union. After a couple of days the Sales Manager, Jack Li, told us (I handled communications as we speak Spanish) that the package was being held at Bejing Customs until a special "export tax" was paid. We refused to send more money and then he offered another way out. If we purchased and additional item (same or greater value) then cinamob would cover the tax. I did, and then we were told that both packages were Ok and on their way to Chile. He even gave us an EMS tracking number which at that time didn't have information associated but we needed not to worry about it.

This occurred during the last days of April, first days of May. Five weeks later I tried to contact the seller via e-mail and MSN messenger but they keep ignoring all my communications. Needless to say, the EMS tracking number never existed and we feel the need to report the on-line store as a scam so that other customers may avoid it.
