Total Rip Off!

I completed the "free registration - I went to the "live chat", spoke to Monica - I opted out of the "bidding" - I DID NOT authorize any charges! Monica assured me that no charges would be billed
from "Zbiddy". Today, 6/11, I find that my bank account was charged $59.00. I am on a fixed income & can not afford this charge! I was told that there would be no charges! I am terribly upset & when I tried to send an email, I could not find an actual email address!
