I just happily canceled my subscription with these clowns. After upgrading, then adding Credit to my account, not only was I double-billed - but after complying two consecutive email confirms (the double billing) - my Call feature STILL was not functioning.

I tried repeated attempts with their "customer service/support" pages. What a joke. These pages are nothing more than a faux site, with dead links that keep rebooting you back to 'please send us an email'. I hope these overseas clowns are laughing all the way to the bank - after totally ripping me off.
The best part: They have NO actual numbers to contact them. If you run into any issue, TOO BAD.
Consider yourself S.O.L.
