This company makes promises they don't keep. Mario Ariaz is the VP at this company and he implied that the owner of this company tells his staff to leave repair uncomplete so they can up the bill on repairs and follow up. He said that they make big bucks their telephone service as well because the lines are crossed so they can get more billing time from their clients. Mario Ariaz also said that they only do this to the smaller clients that have less than ten systems. Mario Ariaz offerred to provide support outside the BCT contract for a small fee as well. Be careful when dealing with this company. They are a rip off.
