They have continued taken my money from my account since Jan. 2009 and I still have no c omputer to show for it. They continue to come up with excuses why they have not sent it

I began Jan. 2009 with them the advertisment stated after 6 payments they would ship out the computer.in March after the 6th consecutive payment I contacted them about the shipment of the computer and was told that this was not the sixth payment because they don't count the initial payment, that I was 2 payments short. I contacted them again in April and was told that I would have to sign and send in some paperwork that they sent me before they would order the computer. I contacted them again in May and they told me because I missed a payment my shipment was delayed. I told them the missed payment occurred after the time they was to order and send the computer. They told me they received my paperwork and it will take up to 4 weeks for the computer to arrive. I stopped paying and told them I wanted to cancel, wrote the Better Bus. Bureau about false advertisment and nothing was done, but they continued to try to get money debit my account and overdrafting. With no recourse, I changed jobs and banks and gave them the new info. Fiquaring I'll start again and hopefully get the computer. I told them to debit my account on June 26, the debited on June 19 overdrafting my account. Citibank has since closed my account because of the problems with my Chase account and will not open another checking until I settle my account with them. Which is being investigated. I contacted Help me to buy and explained that I wanted to cancel this, I told them over and over again. Told them I no longer had a checking account and 9 months later no computer. They said there is no reimburse of money and that I could continue to pay buy money order. I don't even believe that I am paying for a computer anymore. I want the computet, and I will continue to pay, or I want a reimbursement of my money.in reading the FAQ there is a question about cancelling the order and it clear "Q: What if I change my mind can I cancel purchase? A: If you change your mind prior to the computer being ordered from the manufacturer you may cancel your purchase and qualify for a refund.

This is directly from their advertisement and they're telling me there is no case refunds. I have read some history of this agency and the fact that they changed their name and ripped off people in the past. What can I do. I want something to show for over $600.00 I could have purchased my own computer by now. Please help me!!
