Sent money no upgrade, many e-mails, noresponse

I joined www.globaldownline.net and used PayPal to upgrade from silver to gold. I did this on the 22nd of September. They never aknowledged my upgrade and after numorous e-mails 15 to be exact I never recieved a response.By the way they have the same entery page as www.downline.net I don't know if they are the same company but I did not want to lose any more money! Please warn others about this scam. Thank You.
