Worst company ever. I'd the agreement for just 8 weeks. Cost wasn’t terrible, specifically for the recommended large MB download. I acquired on average. 25mb downspeed throughout the day, at around 2 each morning I really could get right up to around 8. I named them, they changed the modem that I had been hiring for $5 per month. After I terminated my agreement, they advised me it'd be considered a $40 RESTOCKING fee for after I delivered the modem. This POS isn’t actually worth $40! I never decided to a restocking charge, so far as I understand, I never actually signed a deal. I approached them to obtain a copy of the agreement, they explained to signal onto my consideration to see the initial (universal) backup. I attempted to sign in, and was educated that my bill was terminated. I had been on live-chat for over one hour and he ultimately recommended I contact account providers, who explained to record into my bill. They can't offer me having a backup of my agreement or perhaps a method to pay-off the restocking charge. I suppose I Will observe how long it requires for them to see me written down that it's being delivered to selections; this way I - can obtain a return handle atleast to make contact with them.

They'll not quit calling me using their automatic program aswell, evidently since I've a stability about the consideration (I simply discovered this out nowadays, I haven’t had support together in 4 weeks). I've demand to be studied off their calling list, been informed that I had been removed their calling list, and that I am still onto it. Once the automatic calling program calls me, I get, push someone to keep in touch with a live consultant, watch for about three minutes on-hold, after which ask them to hang up on me. Obviously I’m obtaining a little miffed, so I’ll end here.

Long story short; horrible organization.
