This place ripped me off!

I brought my laptop in to get a new hard drive and the operating system I provided installed.instead of using the OS CD I provided, they installed a pirated copy that I had to remove and then reinstall my OS CD.

And if that was not bad enough they ran my credit card twice and charged me $200 twice, which unfortunately I did not notice until it was too late to dispute.
