No graphic cards return, no money return, no contact return

Good night,
As in my country (Portugal) there were no repair service for my Graphics cards, I look at the eBay for this service and it was how I knew this company.

I've sent to this company two Graphics cards (mines) to repair by 01/15.
They received my cards, repair them (by 02/09) and I paid for the service 80$ for each one plus 25$ for shipping back to me by 02/10.

Since that day I've tried to solve with them. First they say that it was a mistake of some worker that didn't send the cards and will send that day (15 days after). Since that day until two weeks ago they was saying it was a postal problem, they put i claim and will send me two replacements, but until now, nothing.

They don't answer any of my emails since two weeks ago.
I also had contact my postal office and my customs office and the package they says have sent to me had never pass the Portuguese border.
You also can verify with the USPS that the package as never been delivered to me (CQ68 0141 187U S).

This is a fraud. I've lost my two Graphics cards, the shipping cost to US, the service repair and the shipping cost back to me. I'm an IT engineer and this two Graphics cards belong to two laptops that I use for working. I can't work with them by 5 mounts. One, two in maximum months stopping it was OK but all this time it's impossible. I've lost all this time too.
