Corecomm blocked login to avoid cancelation, charging 200.00 for tech support, ignores feedback communication

It took over a month to get up and running, with no compensation for taking that long to hook up service. They are charging 200.00 for tech support when was I was told it was on their end by the tech that came to the house to check modem. They have locked me out of login so I could not cancel my account, and was told I can only cancel by fax or email but email must come from localnet account. When calling always on hold for over 10 minutes just to get transfered to someone else and the on hold again, total times on calls to them were always 45 minutes or longer and they won't try to resolve any disputes on tech charges that were not my fault. When i finally talked to someone in tech/billing I was told that it was on my end and there is nothing they can do to change that.
