Rude, obnoxious, highly incompetent - Cable TV

I have been having problems with my cable TV for over a month now. Have called several times, rebooted several times, 2 technicians have come to take a "look". The first technician told me" this is an ongoing problem with TWC and they are not able to fix the problem. Changing the Box will not solve the problem". The second technician was sent 2 weeks later, who came with his videogame. While playing he said he had to change the box. All my recorded programmes were lost. And the problem is still thee. I watch an hour programme in 15 mins as it skips. Anyone else having this problem pl write to me &sonaroy@gmail.com
