This site is not paying what they promise, and they put my acct. Bal. To zero for no reason

I signed up with this site to do ptc (paid to click) to make money, and was doing it for a month or more, and on 5/10, i noticed they put my acct. Balance at zero. And, the sites they advertise to click on say. 01 (1 cent) for each click, and i did 4 clicks, for a total of. 04 (4 cents) and i only recieved. 028 cents in my account. I read thru the tos, and no where did it say it was taking out a % for each click, and i did not receive any notification that my account was put to zero. Rip off's the word!!!
