I was reviewing this company as a possible addition to my already successful home business, and realized this just wasn't what I was looking for. I did have my personal info put in the field and inadvertently left my credit card information in the fields before closing out the window. The company debited $99.00 out of my account without my authorization!

I contact New Life Profits only to have an agent tell me how wonderful this company is and how much money I am going to make and I can buy a new house and go on vacation and buy a new car and still have money in the bank! She would not listen to my complaint! I finally demanded to speak with her supervisor, and was transferred to "Todd" who also gave me the big "this is the best thing that ever happened to you Miss Smith" speech. I explained to Tod what my call was in regards to and he stated that by closing my browser with my cc info there, I was confirming purchase! He then said I should read their terms and conditions that were sent to me. I didn't get no terms or conditions, just a "Proof of Purchase" with the site link which is supposed to "activate" my services, which by the way does not work. After debating with "Todd" for over 1 hour he still refuses to refund my monies, I have no service with this company, no product and am out $99.00 to boot. I am filling a complaint through my bank!
