Ffg unmanaged network ripping off money from parents and children

Ive been a member on fashion fantasy game 2 months now. I love the game, but it was unbelieveable amount of glitches. Ive contacted every email available on the game, as well as the feedback form, over 50 times. I gave not one single time got a reply. Most users are kids. If their parents pay monthy for a vip membership id be very concerned. The game is over ran with sponser adds thet keep you from clicking links you need, you have to pay to save designs to produce later, but when you go back later. You cant click them open. When you produce patterns dont save or theyre all shifted. The screen freezez often and you loose all your work, people get suspended for no good reason. When people request their account deleted it never does. I could go on and on. It would be great if the owner of this site would care enough to hire people to fix these things for the people paying her. So much of our fbz (our virtual money) is waisted on computer glitches. This is bad because its not just virtual money, we add money to our account through paypal! So this is real waisted cash. Theres a section called coins, you fill out surveys and things to get free coins to buy things with, the coin dept. Is ran by tapjoy. Because i did this to get coins as all kids on her do, im including a photo of todays spam. I get spam asking for personal info. Immature kids will do this!!! This is unsafe. The coin option should be removed completely. Ive gotten elails thet say my relative died and money is waiting! Thats not cool. Im not a kid, im an upset adult, these kids on this game dont know better. Nancy ganz. Fix the probelms.
