Brought items thru ebay sent money no product sent total ripoff

I purchased a computer system and software online thru ebay the seller was demcomputersonline / Greg DeMilio according to ebay report was an excellant seller only had a couple bad customers listed.

I sent a money order for products $405.00 plus $69.00 shippping that day. I emailed him thru ebay asking if he recieved the money. He responded thru his website. That he had and will ship products in 5-7 days.

It has now been over one month I have tried to respond to him thru his website and thru ebay with no response. He now is nolonger a ebay member and will not respond to my emails.

What can I do now? I filled reports with Ebay for additional charges. But, they haven't been able to help at all!!!
