I obtained the Bell & Howell Solar Motion Activated Animal Repeller and after allowing it to stand-in sunlight for 24-hris such as the directions tell do? Our friend and his puppy arrived around and I was standing speaking with him when it found me the puppy was right before Your Pet repeller also it didn't influence your dog at-all, so I named plus they explained to allow it to remain in sunlight for some times also it must function, I requested for an RMA plus they put the telephone up, named again plus they set me on-hold, therefore obviously I am caught with this specific faulty container.
