Mounts a scam and removed from ebay for fraud

I dealt with this company on ebay prior to thanksgiving 2010. The item was to be shipped - no tracking number was provided. After several email requests that got no where - i had to request his information from ebay. After about 5 minutes my phone rang asking what the problem was. We spoke and he claimed that a replacement would be sent - never a tracking number provided.

Then we spoke on phone the tuesday prior to thanksgiving and i was going to drive to the seller/owner to pick up in person - he said to call him the next day - he never answered his phone (i called about 4 times) that night and 3 or so times the day after. I was still asking for this tracking number that never was given. I had to involve ebay for resolution and was given a refund finally.

This company/person/??? What ever he wants to be referred to needs to be honest about what he says. He responded to the feedback stating" that an unusual demand and he ran out" never told me this said at one time that will re-send another one has plenty but none ever came. I got my resolution and now he is off ebay but is stealing from people on the internet - this needs to stop.
