Ripoff - Is reporting me owning a month mortgage when I didnot owe causing late charges and bad credit reports

Litton Loan Servicing took over the collection of my mortgage loan in or around October. At the time I was in the process of catching up on my mortgage because I was behind. I was working two fill time jobs. I caught up in January and soon after that when they realized I was caught up. Litton accused me of oweing a month mortgage.

I know what I owe because I worked hard to get caught up. I pay $707.92 a month. I do not have a lot of money. Therefore, I know when I owe or do not owe that much money. They asked for several proofs and I gave them the proof. They preceeded as if I never sent them any proof.

This company and the Meritage Corporation had/have an agenda. The agenda for Meritage Corp. Was to take my house from the beginning, when they changed the mortgage rate on my loan from 6.25% to 10.25%, two days before settlement. I hope they read this because I want them to know that they will not succeed! This is one black woman they will not steal from, lie on or cheat and get away with it.
