Aol
Unreliable & dishonest rip off

Internet & Web

I cancelled my AOL account two months ago and am still being billed from my checking account. I withdrew all the money from my account thinking that the would not honor the monies owed. Well the bank paid the aol fee and then charged me the $25.00 overdraft fee for the last two months. I am very angry about this, not only AOL but my bank also. I spoke with someone at the bank that told me if there was no money available there would be no withdrawl, well I did not get this in writting, ro request that the bank not pay the fee they have withdrawn the money again. I will never use AOL again. I thought they were a reliable and honest company, but it appears I was wrong. Please Help if you can.

Sincerely

Diane Johnson
