Netfirms.com Web Hosting Domain Registration
Netfirms Web Hosting Netfirms.com attempts to wrongfully charge even those not ordering their services

Internet & Web

Netfirms wrongfully charged my financial account for web hosting that I did not purchase. This resulted in a negative bank balance on my behalf and cost me much heartache and aggravation. Upon notifying them of this, they refused to accept the responsibility for making the error. They agreed to reverse the charges, telling me that the reversal would not take place for 7 days or more. They blamed the previous owners of the company, stating that they acted on information that was passed on to them, as if that wasn't unprofessional enough. They expressed no interest in compensating me for my loss and inconvenience. This is a company that you want to stay away from for reasons beyond their lack of integrity. Their customer service team is absolutely a discredit to the Web hosting/domain industry.
