Jodi and Bob Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff sold me Panasonic Toughbook Touchscreen laptops that don't work

I looked the web to purchase a applied Panasonic Toughbook notebook having a touchscreen. Bob Johnson's Computer Material had some end-of rent CF-29 Toughbooks with Touchscreens. I named and mentioned them and purchased 4 of these, spending $200 per notebook additional for that touchscreen functionality.

I had been traveling once they came, and thus did not get to test them till I delivered. These were said to be hurry delivered, that we taken care of, however they required 5 times too much time. Anyhow, after I kicked them up the Touchscreens didn't function. I named however they declined to provide any telephone assistance. I named a buddy who's in tech-support and he established that until the touchscreen individuals are mounted in an exact method that they can not function. I attempted to talk to frank Brown but was declined. The client support representative Jodi was only plain rude and totally unhelpful. I expected them to simply return me the additional $200 I'd settled each for that touchscreen performance plus they declined.

I'm warning people who the corporation is promoting notebooks that not need touchscreen performance once they have Windows re installed at end of rent. Beware, the support out of this ripoff organization may be the toughest you'll actually encounter.
