Watchout! They push products built inhouse that aren't compatible with Mikroelectronica

I picked up electronics as a hobby and decided to start learning micro controller programming. I researched and found that the Easy Pic 5 development board met my needs. It is made by Mikroelectronica and the distributor in the US is Circuit-Ed. I ordered the Easy Pic 5 from their website and found that they sell all the extra components needed to fill the board as separate items. I didn't know why until now. They have a touch screen GLCD area on the Easy Pic that fits a certain pin breakout and size screen. I ordered the 128x64-Q Touchscreen along with other components. When I received everything, I went to put it all together and noticed that the GLCD didn't fit (not even close). When I called to find out why, Warren (sales?) said that this particular touchscreen is manufactured by Circuit-ED and isn't compatible with the Easy Pic without some major rigging. I told him that I was unsatisfied with that and I wanted the LCD that fit the board like everything else does. He was very unhelpful and refused an EXCHANGE due to company policy (they make more profit selling their own items). I just want to warn others that decide to get into this hobby to make sure they order from Mikroelectronica directly if they want to get the full kit THAT WORKS WITHOUT "RIGGING". Just so you know, they have a video showing that their screen works with the Easy Pic, but they fail to mention that you have to "cut a few parts off" to acheive that. What ever happened to "a happy customer is a returning customer". It got replaced with "sell as much as you can and screw everyone else". Buyer beware.
