Ripoff call 900 number for a charge get a pin and PIN DON'T WORK

I called the 900 number and received my pin. Went to load pin and received message pin not valid. So spent several hours sending messages to contact and support. Followed all the guidelines but never received a response. I tried to view the tickets I sent to them to see if a response has been made and I get a server syntax error. Any help or info on this sight would be appreciated.
