He took 1325 from me paid via paypal. Forced me to pay him as a gift so that I cant open cases or dispute. Didnt do the work. Phone is off. Never replies to emails, txts, or answer phone calls.
I dono what can I do to get him down and get my money back?! Paypal wouldnt do anything to me..
