Jamie Hurley (CEO) Non ethical business practices, unlawfully recording telephone calls, mistreating employees

I was hired as an Account executive for Virtual Click Marketing Inc. I saw many ways to improve the company so I wrote them down and presented them to the CEO, Jamie Hurley. After presenting them to him he and the VP decided that I should hold another position with the company as a manager. My title then became Director of Business Development. I realized that these companies were in desperate need of someone to bridge the gap between the employees and management. Employees were yelled at and threatened and they had no voice or way to reason. I became the bridge. I noticed that there were some unlawful practices as well. Firing an employee and taking their commissions, threatening employees with vulgar language and favoritism within both offices - especially towards men that he was interested in flirting with. I also noticed that the reason he opened another office in Canada was to keep his citizenship with the U.S.A.

He fires people without much reason. He runs his offices like "The queen of hearts from Alice in wonderland". It is very inhumane and distasteful and I wanted to share it with the world.
Both companies do the exact same thing yet he tries to corner the market by owning both and disguising them as if they were separate. Jamie, you need to learn a lesson and treat people better. What comes around goes around. You are exposed!
