Stolen money/ripoff

I ordered 3 Renue creams to prevent stretch marks during my pregnancy when i was 6 months pregnant and my baby is 5 months old now and i still haven't receive my product. I waited for weeks after i purchased my products and i called to see what had happen and they told me that UPS send it somewhere else that they were going to send product again. So i waited 3 more weeks and i called again and they never picked up the phone, i still call and they still don't answer.
